Aura Cleansing in Sydney
Nobody rings up and asks for an aura cleansing. They ring up because they are tired in a way that sleep does not fix, or because they leave a crowded room feeling like they have absorbed everyone else’s mood. The aura is where that residue sits — and clearing it is the first thing that happens in a pranic healing session.
Here is what the aura is, the signs yours is carrying too much, and what an aura cleansing involves at my Macquarie Park studio or by distance across Australia.
What the Aura Actually Is
In the pranic tradition, the body is more than flesh and bone. It is wrapped in an energy field with three working layers: an inner aura close to the skin, a layer of health rays, and a wider outer aura that extends past the body. Chakras along the spine project energy into those layers and draw prana back in.
The aura is the outer expression of what is going on underneath. When the chakras are clear and prana is flowing, the field feels light and resilient. When they are not, congestion collects there first — often weeks before it shows up in the body as pain, fatigue or illness.
A few everyday things that clog it:
- Prolonged stress and the vigilance that comes with it
- Grief, shock and heavy emotions that were never fully processed
- Crowded places, hospitals, airports and open-plan offices
- Other people’s emotional states, absorbed without you noticing
- Poor sleep, illness and periods of recovery
Signs Your Aura Needs Cleansing
Most people describe the same handful of symptoms before their first session:
- You wake up heavy, as if you have not slept at all
- Crowds and family gatherings drain you for hours afterwards
- You pick up other people’s moods and cannot shake them off
- You feel foggy, flat or disconnected from your own life
- Tension sits in your shoulders, chest or jaw and never releases
None of that is imaginary, and none of it is a personality flaw. It is a field holding more than it can move on its own.
What Happens in an Aura Cleansing Session in Sydney
A session at the Macquarie Park studio is calm, unhurried and entirely hands-off. You stay fully clothed and lie on a treatment table while I scan the field with my hands about 15 to 20 centimetres above the body.
- We start with a short conversation about what is going on and what you want to change
- I scan the aura and chakras by hand, locating where energy is stagnant or congested
- The cleansing phase: congested energy is swept out of the field and flicked away
- The energising phase: fresh prana is projected into the centres that need it
- A green sweep finishes the field, because green prana is used for clearing work
- We close with grounding, a few quiet minutes, and water before you leave
Most people feel something the first time: warmth, a faint tingling, or sudden tiredness as the body finally lets go. Others feel little during the session and notice the shift two or three days later in their sleep or their mood.
You can see how this fits into the full range of sessions on the services page, and read more about energy work on the blog.
Distance Aura Cleansing Across Australia
Energy does not stop at a postcode. I work with clients in Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide and regional areas who never come into the studio. We agree a time and you lie down somewhere quiet — the session runs exactly as it does in person.
How Often Do You Need an Aura Cleansing?
It depends on what you are carrying and how long you have carried it:
- One session is often enough for a general clear after a stressful stretch
- Three to four sessions, roughly weekly, suit long-standing patterns or a hard year
- Weekly sessions help through grief, illness or a demanding work period
- Between sessions, keep the field moving: slow breathing, rest, water, time out of crowds
I will always tell you honestly if fewer sessions will do the job.
Signs You Are Ready for an Aura Cleansing
- You feel heavy in a way you cannot explain, and rest does not shift it
- You have started avoiding people because being around them costs too much
- Something has not felt like yours since a difficult event
- You have tried the usual routes and something is still stuck
I am a certified pranic healer trained through the International Institute of Pranic Healing, and I see clients at Macquarie Park seven days a week from 8 am to 8 pm. If any of that sounds familiar, get in touch through the contact page and we can talk through whether an aura cleansing is right for you. No pressure, no hard sell — just an honest conversation about what energy healing can and cannot do.
