Have a shower beforehand — you will need to avoid water for 12-24 hours after your session as it can absorb the healing energies. Remove all jewellery, leather, and silk items before your appointment. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a smile!

It is a non-touch technique, so most people do not feel anything physical. Those who are highly sensitive may sense energies moving through their body. It is also common to experience deep emotions surfacing – if you feel like crying, that is a sign you are releasing energetic blockages, which is positive.

Most people space sessions one to two weeks apart, which gives you time to settle in between. Some come for a single session; others book a short series. We can talk through what suits you before you book anything.

Yes. The same simple techniques can be applied to any living being – animals, plants, and even your home or workspace. Boaz can also cleanse the energy of your environment to keep it energetically healthy.

While both are energy healing modalities, Reiki is an intuitive, holistic, hands-on practice that channels universal energy for overall relaxation. In contrast, Pranic Healing is a structured, hands-off method that systematically cleanses and re-energizes the body’s aura and chakras using specific protocols for targeted ailments.

More questions

How much does a pranic healing session cost?

Sessions are $75 for 30 minutes, $135 for 60 minutes, and $200 for 90 minutes. There is also a Healing Package: four 30-minute sessions for $250, or four 60-minute sessions for $456, which works out cheaper than booking them singly. To book, call 0494 758 815.

What are the disadvantages of pranic healing?

It is not a medical treatment and does not replace medical care, so it is the wrong choice if you are looking for a diagnosis or a prescription. It also asks something of you: it is a quiet, hands-off session rather than a massage, and you take part in it. Results vary from person to person, and no practitioner can promise an outcome in advance.

How does pranic healing work?

Pranic healing works with the energy body rather than the physical body. A practitioner scans the energy field for areas that feel congested, clears them with sweeping hand movements, and then directs fresh prana back into those areas. It is a no-touch technique: you stay fully clothed and the hands stay well away from the body.

Where can I find pranic healing near me in Sydney?

Boaz Sawicki sees clients in Sydney, by appointment. Call or message 0494 758 815 for the current location and available times. If you are outside Sydney, distance sessions are available.

Can pranic healing be done at a distance?

Yes. A distance session works the same way as an in-person one, except you stay where you are while the practitioner works on your energy body. Many clients outside Sydney choose this.

Which pranic healing books are recommended for beginners?

Most people start with Master Choa Kok Sui’s Miracles Through Pranic Healing, then Advanced Pranic Healing. The Golden Lotus Sutras series covers the practice more philosophically.
