Migraine Energy Healer: What to Expect

A migraine energy healer is not a replacement for the neurologist, the triptans or the trigger diary. What a good one offers is an hour that is timed around your attacks rather than against them, and work done without touch, light or noise adding to the load.

I practise pranic healing in Sydney, in person and by distance anywhere in Australia. Below is how I work with migraine specifically, and what to ask before you book anyone.

Why Migraine Is Not Just a Bad Headache

Anyone who gets them knows the headache is one part of a longer event. There is the warning: the haze, the flickering at the edge of vision, the sudden intolerance of light and sound. Then the attack itself. Then the flat, wrung-out day afterwards that nobody warns you about.

From the way pranic healing reads the body, that pattern is not one fault in one place. It reads as a system under load — energy congested in some areas and depleted in others, with the whole thing tipping over at a threshold. That is why a session works across the field rather than pressing on your head.

What a Session Involves

It begins with a scan. My hands move slowly, well away from your body, reading for areas that feel dense or warm against the parts that feel clear. You stay fully clothed, lying down, in a room kept dim and quiet — which matters more with migraine than with almost anything else I work with.

Then the work goes in two halves: clearing, where congested energy is swept out of the field in a slow downward motion, and energising, where fresh prana is drawn in and directed to what reads depleted. Green for the cleaning work, white for the general light, gold where rebuilding is the focus. Most sessions run about an hour.

Timing Sessions Around Attacks

The single most useful thing a migraine sufferer can do is stop booking sessions at the wrong point in the cycle. Three rules I work to:

  • Not during the attack. Nobody wants hands near them mid-migraine, and the body is not in a state to take work.
  • The day after, if you can. The postdrome — the flat, foggy day — is often when a session is most useful.
  • Between attacks, on a steady schedule, if the aim is fewer of them rather than recovery from one.

Distance sessions work for the days you cannot leave the house, which for many people is most of the bad ones.

What People Tend to Report

I keep this honest. Some clients describe a shorter postdrome and a lower baseline of tension in the neck and jaw. Some describe sleeping better in the days afterwards. Some notice nothing and stop after two sessions, which is a fair outcome and not a failure.

What I will not tell you is that this stops migraines. It does not, and anyone who says otherwise is selling.

Alongside Your Medical Care

Energy work sits alongside your treatment, never instead of it. Keep the medication, keep the appointments, keep the diary. If a practitioner tells you to stop any of that, leave.

If you have a new, sudden or changing headache pattern, see a doctor first. That is not a session, that is a medical question.

Questions Worth Asking

  • Is the room kept dark and quiet, and is it no-touch throughout?
  • How do you handle a session the day after an attack?
  • What training have you completed, and over how long?
  • How many sessions before we judge whether this is helping?
  • Will you work alongside my neurologist without contradicting them?

In Person in Sydney, or by Distance

In-person sessions are in Sydney, seven days, between 8am and 8pm. Distance sessions follow the same protocol for clients elsewhere in Australia. Either way the first appointment is a single session — judge it on the fortnight afterwards, not on how you feel walking out.

Where to Start

If you are still deciding who to see, how to choose an energy healer in Sydney covers the questions that matter. If pain that moves around the body is the bigger issue, fibromyalgia and energy work is the closer read. The services page sets out session lengths and what in-person and distance work involve.

Migraine is not something I can promise to fix. What I can offer is an hour that does not add to the load, timed to the part of the cycle where it helps most. Book a single session and judge it on the fortnight that follows.
