Pranic Healing for Relationships
Most people who book a session about a relationship arrive with a story about someone else. A partner who went cold. A brother who said the thing he cannot take back. An ex who still lives rent free in the chest. They sit down expecting me to do something about that person. I don’t. I work on the only energy body in the room: theirs.
That distinction is the whole article. This is not couples counselling with the lights down, and it is not a way to bend someone’s will. It is a way of cleaning out what the relationship left inside you, so you can think and speak from something other than the wound.
What Energy Work Can and Cannot Do Here
What it can do is take the charge down. Anger, grief and resentment are not only thoughts. In this work they show up as congestion in the energy body, and they keep driving behaviour long after the event that caused them. Clear the congestion and the memory is still there. You simply stop carrying it in your chest like a stone.
What it cannot do is make someone come back, make someone love you, or replace a conversation you have avoided for two years. If a relationship broke because of how a person behaves, no session changes that. What changes is what you do next, and how much charge sits behind it.
Where the Charge Actually Sits
The heart area is where love and grief get processed, and it is the first place I look when someone describes a relationship as exhausting. The solar plexus matters as much. It is where you hold your sense of power in the dynamic: whether you shrink, whether you over function, whether you go quiet to keep the peace. I have written about the solar plexus and confidence separately, because that centre turns up here constantly.
When a couple has argued for years, both people tend to show the same pattern: a tight solar plexus and a congested heart. They feel it as a heavy chest or a knot under the ribs, and they call it stress. Not a character flaw, just accumulated charge that never got cleared.
What a Session Looks Like
You stay fully clothed and lie on a table. My hands work at a distance, above the body, never on it. I scan first, then cleanse, then energise, using white light or green when the session calls for deeper cleaning. A first session runs about an hour.
Reports afterwards vary. Some feel a sigh move through the chest. Some find tears arriving for no obvious reason. Some feel nothing in the room and notice two days later they stopped rehearsing the argument. Nothing dramatic is not a failure.
Why Your Partner Does Not Need to Be in the Room
I have worked with people whose partner had no idea they had booked. The energy body is not tied to a postcode, so a distance session from interstate or overseas is no different from one in person. You also do not need anyone’s permission to work on your own energy body.
What often shifts first is not their behaviour but your tolerance for the situation. That looks small from the outside and feels enormous from the inside. It is also usually where an honest conversation becomes possible, because you are no longer having it from inside the resentment.
When Energy Work Is the Wrong Tool
I would rather lose a booking than waste someone’s money. If you are not safe at home, if there is violence, or if addiction is running the household, those need practical action first: a safety plan, a support service, legal advice. Energy work is no substitute for any of it, and I will say so in the first ten minutes.
The other case is when the real problem is a decision nobody wants to make. A session will not decide for you. It may make it easier to see.
Signs You Are Carrying the Argument in Your Body
Most people know something is stuck but assume it is normal. These patterns come up most often:
- You replay the conversation at 2am, and the version you win keeps changing
- Your chest tightens before you walk into the house, or before you open a message
- You are drained after time with one specific person and fine with everyone else
- You have stopped saying what you think to keep the peace, and you resent it
- You track their mood the moment you walk in the door, and feel responsible for it
If two or more of those are familiar, the charge is doing the talking. Cleaning it will not rewrite history, but it changes what the history does to you on an ordinary Tuesday. My piece on pranic healing for loneliness covers the quieter version of the same pattern.
Sessions run in Sydney and by distance across Australia, seven days a week. If you are unsure whether this fits, get in touch and I will tell you honestly.
